'Musically Dyslexic For Your Entertainment’, former Poway residents and PHS graduates, Rick Duke and Kenny Anderson along with their band, will perform Friday June 17, 2011. The show coincides with the release of their new CD, ‘About Time’ and the beginning of the ‘About Time’ tour. The show features the groups original music which has the flavor of everything from Jimmy Buffet and Jack Johnson to The Allman Brothers and Crosby Stills Nash, with technical acoustic guitar instrumentals and a little of their southern rock upbringing mixed in. Opening the show will be Dave Keefer, a local Singer/Songwriter that has gained national recognition and great praise from Nashville Radio host Billy Block, ‘a great voice and tremendous songs’.

Tickets include a Pre –Concert Barbecue at Poway Lake beginning at 3PM and for every two tickets purchased a copy of the new CD ‘About Time’ will be awaiting the concert goers at the show. It will prove to be a day and night of fun, a chance to see old friends, make new ones, and hear great music. The show is fine for all ages with discounts for children 12 and under, students and seniors. A portion of each ticket will go to benefit following: American Diabetes Association, National Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, The City of Hope and The PHS Digital Media program.
