Policies & Guidelines
LatecomersLatecomers will not be seated until an appropriate break in the performance, as determined by the presenting organization.
Outside food and/or drinks are not permitted in the theater. Bottled water, purchased from the concession area, is permitted in the theater. Food and other beverages are not allowed in the theater.
Cameras & Recording EquipmentThe taking of photographs, without flash, is allowed with the client's approval only. Video recording is also allowed with the client's approval only. The use of any audio or video recording device is strictly prohibited in the theatre unless permission is granted by the Manager. Tripods/Bipods/Monopods are not allowed.
SmokingSmoking (including e-cigarettes) is only permitted outside the building in designated smoking areas.
ParkingParking for Weekday Shows: There is no patron parking available on site during weekday performances. See Directions and Parking for more information.
Parking for Weekday Art Viewing: Please visit the Main Office to obtain a parking pass for your car window to avoid being ticketed.
Parking for Weekend and Evening Shows: Parking is available in the lots west of the theater.
Personal ApparelThe Management is not responsible for personal apparel or other property of patrons. Lost and found items may be claimed at the PCPA office Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Call 858-668-4693 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to verify if your item was found. Oversized items are not allowed in the theater seating area.
Please note, strollers, baby carriers, car seats and/or booster seats are not permitted in the theater seating area.
Fire ExitsThere are numerous, convenient, and clearly marked fire exits from all areas of the PCPA. Note the nearest exit as you take your seat. In case of emergency, the ushers will direct an orderly exit.
First AidContact the nearest usher or Event Supervisor for assistance.
