The Poway Center for the Performing Arts (PCPA) will take the following steps to support the health and safety of our patrons, performers, staff, and volunteers.
All staff and guests who have not been fully vaccinated must wear a mask covering the nose and mouth at all times. Those who are fully vaccinated may continue to wear one if they so choose. By entering without a mask, you are self-certifying that you are fully vaccinated.
In alignment with other rental theatres, the presenting client may identify, implement, and require additional requirements (i.e. indoor masking regardless of vaccination status, proof of vaccination, and a negative test within 72 hours of entry). Prior to arrival, we highly recommend that you check for requirements at powaycenter.com or the direct website for your performance.
Hand sanitizer is available at multiple locations in the PCPA. Please wash your hands frequently with soap and water or use hand sanitizer.
A thorough cleaning of the entire facility is performed before each event.
Tickets, if provided by the PCPA, are scanned using a touchless system, and can be sent electronically to avoid the use of paper tickets.
The heating and air conditioning system has been upgraded to improve air filtration and ventilation.
Even with all efforts and added precautions, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By visiting the PCPA, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
